BONTRAGER SUP-252 WITH
SITE PLAN REVIEW
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application and Site Plan for the Bontrager SUP-252 (Applicant: Marvin Bontrager). The applicant is proposing a cottage industry use to construct modular horse shelters, barns and run-in sheds. The use is proposed within an area under five acres within a 111.23-acre parcel located approximately four miles southeast of Powell, north of County Lane 11 and east of County Road 3. The property address is 351 Lane 11. The parcel is located within Lot 51A, 51D and 52T, Resurvey, T55N, R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Powell Local Planning Area.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
