NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LLAMAS UNLIMITED SUP-193 WITH SITE PLAN REVIEW
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 10:15 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application with Site Plan Review for the Llamas Unlimited SUP-193 (Applicants Justin and Levi Gerlach). The project proposes a Dude Ranch and Resort use in order to operate a llama ranch as an educational retreat. This proposed use will be located at 5 Heart View Lane, Powell, WY on 15.03 acres described as a parcel of land in Tract 3 of Lot 63 (Resurvey), T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a GR-P (General Rural-Powell) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY.
