Service truck bids

INVITATION TO BID
The Board of Trustees of Park County School District #1, Powell, Wyoming, is receiving bids for the purchase of a ¾ ton service truck for Transportation Services Department. Vehicle requirements are:
Year 2019 or newer, automatic transmission, diesel engine, color white, black, or gray, dark interior, Bluetooth capabilities, power seats & windows, 4wd, airbags, USB port, tow package, locking utility truck box. Please contact Stephen Janes (Transportation Supervisor) at srjanes@pcsd1.org or call 307-764-6189 with any questions or concerns. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “PCSD#1 Vehicle Purchase” must be received by 1:00 P.M., Mountain Savings Time, at the Park County School District No. 1 Administrative Office, 160 North Evarts Street, Powell, Wyoming, on or before May 29, 2020. Any bids received after the bid deadline will be returned unopened. The district shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding.
