RALSTON GOOD 2 GO SUP-212
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 2:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Ralston Good 2 Go SUP-212 (Applicants: Horrocks Engineers). The property owner, #5 Ralston WY Property, LLC., is proposing a Highway Commercial Business which would be an update and expansion to the existing store/gas station. The proposed use is located in Ralston in Barrows Subdivision, Lots 14-17 and Barrows Amended Subdivision, Lots 18A-21A, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a Transitional (T) and Commercial (C) zoning district, respectively.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received and considered complete.
