NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

(Petersen Subdivision #3 and Zone Change)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Powell Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, August 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. and that a public hearing will be held by the governing body of the City of Powell in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in Powell, Wyoming, on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 6:05 p.m., the purpose of which is to consider the re-zoning of the following described property from its current zoning designation as I-L, Limited Residential District, per Chapter 17.52 of the Powell Municipal Code, to R-M, Residential Mixed Use District, pursuant to Chapter 17.32 of the Powell Municipal Code.

The legal description of the subject real property is as follows:

LOTS 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of PETERSEN SUBDIVISION No. 2, a portion of resurvey Lot 62-A, Lot 62(NENE, Original Section 14) T55N, R99W, 6th PM Powell, Park County, Wyoming
