NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Ken Heinrich (Triple KB Ranch, LLC.) Floodplain Development Permit 7-19
On Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 1:50p.m. the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application for a Floodplain Development Permit for applicant, Ken Heinrich of Triple KB Ranch, LLC., to construct an approximately 2,016 sq. ft. residential structure and 1,008 sq. ft. garage within the floodplain.
The property is located along and north of Kendrick Lane, approximately one mile south of Ralston, within Parcel 7A in the NE1/4SW1/4 and NW1/4SE1/4 of Lot 61, Resurvey, T55N R100W, 6th P.M., Park County, WY.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
