“It’s exciting to welcome our new board members, who all bring different expertise, to the Foundation Board,” NWC Foundation President Shawn Warner said. “Our organization is helping Northwest College embrace its future by collaborating to raise funds for a new student center on campus. As always, we will continue growing our endowment and providing support for NWC’s students, faculty, staff and projects.”

Members who were reelected for another term include Clay Cummins (Billings), Ron Hill (Cody), Sarah Johnson (Cowley), Jacque Michel (Thermopolis) and Ron Weathermon (Basel Switzerland). The board of directors consists of 28 members serving three-year rotating terms.

Additionally, Foundation Board member Gloria Hedderman, who also served as an NWC trustee, of Powell was granted emeritus status upon her retirement from the board.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to securing and managing private gifts for Northwest College. With assets totaling more than $50 million, its vision of “Good Scholarship” reflects support both for students and for scholarly endeavors on campus.
