NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE:
Big Bear Motel, LLC intends to subdivide its property located west of the intersection of Lane 10 and Road 11 on the North side of Highway 14A. The property is planned to be subdivided as a minor subdivision, 4 lots ranging from approximately 5 acres to 16 acres in size. The intended use of the future lots are rural-residential, agricultural and minor commercial per Park County Development Standards."
