NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE
Jeff Sheridan acknowledges intent to subdivide approximately 4 acres located between 683 & 699 Lane 9, Powell, WY (portion of Lot 69-S, Lot 69, T55N, R99W, 6th PM, Park County, Wyoming). The Intent is to divide the property into 2 lots (size varies from 2.04 to 2.10 ac+/-). Intended use of each is for residential and possible agricultural.
