OFFICIAL MEETING NOTICE
Beartooth Electric Cooperative, Inc.
The 87th Annual Meeting of the Members of Beartooth Electric Cooperative, Inc., will be called to order on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Roosevelt Center, 519 S Broadway Ave, located in the Town of Red Lodge, County of Carbon, and the State of Montana. Remote meeting access is also available via ZOOM https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88578998753, audio only at 253-215-8782 with meeting ID 85 7899 8753, and Facebook LIVE at https://www.facebook.com/beartoothelectric. Registration begins at 9:00 AM. The business meeting will commence at 10:00 AM.
THE FOLLOWING EVENTS AND ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN:
•Report on the number of Members present in order to determine the existence of a quorum;
•Reading of the Notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof, or the waiver or waivers of notice of the meeting, as the case may be;
•Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the Members and the taking of necessary action thereon;
•Election of Board Trustees;
•Presentation and considerations of reports of Officers, Committees, and Management;
•2024 Audit Report, Brian Van Steeland CPA-Summers McNea CPA;
•Unfinished Business;
•New Business;
•Adjournment.
