Retail Liquor License Ownership Transfer
Notice is hereby given that on August 5, 2019, an application was received in the office of the Park County Clerk to transfer ownership of a Retail Liquor License from Monster Lake, LLC dba Monster Lake, to Copper Butte Ranch, LLC, dba The Ranch at Copper Butte for the following described place and premises: NW ¼, NW ¼, Sec 31, T51N, R101W, 6th PM located at 63 Nielsen Road, Cody, Wyoming. Protests, if any, against the transfer of said license shall be heard at 9:45 a.m. on September 3, 2019, in the Park County Commissioners’ Room located at 1002 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
