Park County LEPC Notice 2020
Jack Tatum, Acting Chairman of the Park County Local Emergency Planning Committee, has announced Park County Hazardous Materials Operational Procedure, with accompanying inventory forms and Material Safety Data Sheets, are available for public review at Park County Homeland Security, 1131 Eleventh Street, Cody, WY. Regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
This public availability notice is issued annually, as required under Section 304(b) of the Federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986, regarding hazardous materials.
Anyone who wishes to review the data or requires further information, but cannot do so in accordance with the announced schedule, may call Park County Homeland Security at 307-527-1860 to make other arrangements.
