NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRENNAN LANDING STRIP SUP-274
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for Brennan SUP-274 (Applicant: Dan & Patti Brennan). The applicant is proposing to operate an approximately 100’ x 3361’ private landing strip with a 120’ x 60’ hay barn/airplane hangar. The use is proposed within a 101.65-acre parcel located approximately 12 ½ miles west of the City of Powell, approximately ½ mile south of the intersection of Lane 10 and Rattler Road. The use is within Section 20, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in the Cody-Powell Rural Planning Area, in the General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
