COUNTRY LIFE MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-87)
SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 9:40am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Country Life Minor Subdivision (MS-87) (Applicant: William Kunz with Intermountain Engineering, LLC on behalf of landowner Big Bear Motel, LLC). The proposed four-lot residential subdivision will create one 8.0-acre lot, one 8.3-acre lot, one 10.6-acre lot and one 18.7-acre lot from a 44.0-acre parcel. The proposed subdivision is within Tract 1 of Lot 59, Resurvey, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The unaddressed property is in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Powell Local Planning Area, approximately one mile southwest of Powell city limits, west of the intersection of County Lane 10 and County Road 11 on the north side of Highway 14A.
