NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is given that Rachel Carmicheal, Personal Representative, pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Testate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court her Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s interest in the mineral interests located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found at:
Township 55 North, Range 101 West of the 6th P.M. Tract 0070: That certain tract of land containing 115.01 acres, more or less, being the Farm Unit "A" or Lot 4 of Section 25, Township 55 North, Range 1O1 West, Park County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described in Mineral Deed dated May 20, 1991, recorded in Volume 193, Page 417, under Entry No. 285860 of the Deed Records of Park County, Wyoming. and containing 115.01 acres, more or less.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
