John L. Wilkins, 66, of Powell, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022 at his home. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4 at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 5 at St. Barbara’s.
