INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for a new substation relay panels, will be received by HDR at the 970 S. 29th St. W, Billings, MT 59102 until 1:00 PM, Friday, April 9th, 2021. Electronic Copies preferred.
Mailed and hand delivered bids shall have the word “VINING SUBSTATION RELAY PANELS” written on the outside of the respective envelope.
Bids received after the time and date above will be rejected and returned unopened.
Copies of the details, requirements and specifications may be obtained from the City of Powell Web site www.cityofpowell.com
The City of Powell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in any bid received.
