NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPEAL
At 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming will hear an Appeal of the Park County Engineer’s decision as per the Park County Road & Bridge Standards as addressed in Section 7 of the Standards as stated in the Park County 2015 Development Standards and Regulations, adopted September 15, 2015. Said appeal was filed by Scott Lewis of Granite Engineering & Surveying, LLC on behalf of Westlinc, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, regarding the denial of a request for Administrative Relief, regarding Access Road Right-of-Way Width for the proposed Westlinc Minor Subdivision-48, located on property located at the end of County Road 9 ½ in Lots 57-G and 57 of original Section 22, T55N, R99W, 6th PM, Park County, Wyoming.
The hearing on this matter will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Original Park County Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, Wyoming. Any person may appear at the hearing and offer either written or oral testimony. The appeal and subsequent hearing are pursuant to Chapter I, Section 6 of the Park County 2015 Development Standards and Regulations, adopted September 15, 2015.
