This week, the “Good Old Boys” league at Powell Golf Club played “Scratch and Scramble,” where teams of four added their net scores and then divided by four.
The team of Jim Tobin, Mike Hernandez, Cas Seago and Marc Saylor finished first, scoring 75.5.
In second place at 76.75 was Dave Frost, Stephen Burtoft, Buddy Rae and a blind draw of Tobin. In third, Bob Mason, Dennis McCollum, Clark Jeffs and Howard Whitlock scored 77.75. Close behind them in fourth place were James Caffro, Kevin Lineback, Thom Seliga and Jerry Linsdau. And in fifth, Larry Hedderman, Lloyd Snyder, John Chase and Gerry Johns scored 79.25.
Seliga carded the only deuce of the round on hole 4, and he also had the low net at 71 and low gross at 83.
