SHOSHONE MUNICIPAL PIPELINE
GENERATOR REPLACEMENT
Separate sealed bids for materials, labor, services, and complete construction of the SHOSHONE MUNICIPAL PIPELINE GENERATOR REPLACEMENT project will be received by Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board, at the Shoshone Municipal Pipeline Water Plant, P.O. Box 488, Cody, WY 82414 until 3:00 pm local time on April 6, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The project generally consists of, replacement of two (2) stationary 600kW pad mounted generators, one at the Cody WTP, one at the Booster Pump Station and electrical modifications at the Emergency Pump Station. And the replacement of a portable 400kW trailer mounted generator.
The Contract Documents consisting of Drawings (Project Plans) and Project Manual may be viewed by either electronic documents on-line or as a hard copy at the office of Morrison-Maierle, Inc., 1402 Stampede Avenue, Cody, WY 82414. The “Bid Proposal Packet” is required to bid and is only available online at QuestCDN. 1. To purchase and download the project documents in .pdf format and be placed on the planholder’s list, click “Download Project PDF” and sign on to www.QuestCDN.com.
Plan documents and “Bid Proposal Packet” can be downloaded for a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00). A hard copy set of Project Plans and Project Manual (not including “Bid Proposal Packet”) may be obtained for a non-refundable price of One Hundred Fifty dollars ($150.00) from the office of Morrison-Maierle, 1402 Stampede Avenue, Cody, WY phone 307-587-6281. Payment of an additional $35.00 is required for express mail.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the office of Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board, 50 Agua Via, Cody, Wyoming at 3:00 pm on March 23, 2021. Interested CONTRACTORS are required to attend. All CONTRACTORS will be required to sign-in at the beginning and sign out at the end of the meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid.
Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Bidders that use a subcontractor(s)/supplier(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor/supplier participation. Bidders shall submit the required DBE Good Faith Effort Documentation form and other related forms with their bids.
Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, “preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state”.
The Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Shoshone Municipal Water Joint Powers Board. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening.
