Yoga Instructor Nikki Levine Bustos is offering two free yoga sessions at the Park County Library in Cody this month.
The programs will be held in Grizzly Hall from 4:30-5:50 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 25.
Originally a Bostonian, Bustos spent over a decade in the chaos of Hollywood’s entertainment business before seeking more community and open spaces. As a freelance film producer, she utilized her time between projects to dive into the practices of yoga to help maintain her own sanity. Bustos wound up developing a passion for a holistic wellness lifestyle.
She says moving to Cody gave her the opportunity to focus on the healing practices she had been trained in: yoga, reiki, meditation and crystal work.
The goal of the courses is to make yoga accessible for all ages and skill levels. Mats are not required to participate, though attendees may bring them if they wish.
Patrons interested in joining should contact the Cody library at 307-527-1880 to sign up.
