Chairwoman Dossie Overfield called to order a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming, on Tuesday, July 22, 2024. Present were Vice Chairman, Scott Steward, Commissioner Scott Mangold, and Clerk Colleen Renner.Commissioner Livingston and Thiel were absent.
Commissioner Steward led the audience in the pledge of allegiance.
Park County Commissioners – RE: Approve 3 Month Extension for Cody Heritage Museum Lease
Attorney Skoric has asked for a three-month extension on the lease as it was done 10 years ago and needs significant updates.
Commissioner Mangold moved to approve the extension on the lease, Commissioner Steward seconded, motion carried.
Park County Commissioners – RE: Consider Final Payment to Contractor for Landfill Concrete Crushing
The landfill department missed turning in an invoice and is requesting Board approval for a special pay of $107,462.03 to Little Rock Inc.
Commissioner Mangold moved to approve the final payment for the concrete crushing, Commissioner Steward seconded, motion carried.
