Chip seal bids

The Board of Trustees of Park County School District #1, Powell, Wyoming, is receiving Bids to chip seal the Powell High School parking lot and Southside bus loop. Contractor’s written, sealed Proposals marked “PCSD#1 Chip Seal” will be received at the Park County School District No. 1 Administrative Office, 160 North Evarts Street, Powell, Wyoming, on or before Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Any bids received after the bid deadline will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities, to evaluate the Bids submitted and to accept the Proposal which best serves the interest of the District. Bid criteria and specifications, construction drawings and details may be obtained from the District Coordinator of Support Services office. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Rob McCray at (307)764-6186. A Non-Mandatory pre-bid project inspection for prime bidders will be held at 1:00 P.M., February 13, 2020.
