ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction, Inc. and the State of Wyoming Construction Department request qualified subcontractor bids for work on Northwest College Orendorff Building Upgrades – Site Work located in Powell, WY. Emailed bids will be accepted at HYPERLINK "mailto:bids@groathouse.com" bids@groathouse.com until 1:00 p.m. on June 11th, 2025. Hand delivered bids will be accepted at NWC Physical Plant Conference Room, 839 Road 9 1/2, Powell, Wyoming 82435 until 2:00 p.m. on June 11th, 2025. Prevailing Wages will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 27-4-401, et seq. Wyoming Preference will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq.
The Project includes the following scope: BP2A - Earthwork & Site Utilities, BP20C – Landscaping & Irrigation, BP21B – Site Concrete
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at: Northwest College - Orendorff Building, 231 West 6th Street, Powell, WY 82435 on Thursday May 29th 2025 at 10:00am (MT).
All prospective subcontractors must receive notice from Groathouse Construction, Inc. that they are Qualified to bid. Qualification forms and Contract Documents will be available from Groathouse Construction, Inc. after May 22nd, 2025.
