We applaud the Powell City Council and Mayor Don Hillman for seeking as much public input as possible before making a decision on a proposed smoking ban.

Pete Rose wasn’t inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame Sunday. Again.

Sometimes, you just have to stand back and admire someone.

For us, right now it’s Nic Patrick. Frankly, he is one amazing man, and we can all benefit from paying attention to how he has dealt with a crisis.
