She moved from Powell to San Jose in 1970. She is survived by two sons, Stan Takeuchi in Upland, Calif., and Richard Takeuchi in San Jose.

Memorial services for Leona Mae Krause, 86, who died May 12 in Colorado Springs, Colo., are planned for Wednesday, June 2 at 11 a.m. at Union Presbyterian Church in Powell. She died peacefully at the Pikes Peak Care Center where she had moved a month before to be near her family.
