Jeremy L. Wollack of Westminster, Colo., died unexpectedly Monday, Dec. 18 from a medical condition. He was 29.

Born in Rawlins on July 22, 1977, to James and April (Renevier) Wollack, he spent early childhood years in Powell. Jeremy moved with his family to Colorado in 1987.  He attended schools in Westminster, graduating from Standley Lake High School in 1996. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and enjoyed playing sports, especially softball.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and April Wollack of Frederick, Colo.; his sister, Pamela Elslager and her husband, Jonathon, of Tucson, Ariz.; grandparents, Lawrence and Darlene Renevier Centennial, Colo.; grandmother Elizabeth Kelman of Maryville, Tenn.; four uncles, Chuck (Patti) Renevier of Bozeman, Mont., David (Kim) Renevier of Houston, Texas, Richard (Christine) Renevier of San Antonio, Texas, and Keith (Sue) Renevier of Kansas City, Mo.; great-uncle William (April) Francis of Hebron, Ind.; great-aunt Patricia Francis of Payson, Utah; as well as numerous cousins; and a nephew, Isaiah Elslager.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Longmont, Colo. Memorial contributions can be made in Jeremy’s name to the First United Methodist Church.
