Mackie W. Cornelison, 66, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, died Sept. 20, 2006 in Kona Community Hospital.

He was born Feb. 2, 1940 in Chino, Calif. He worked as an airline mechanic and pilot for Western/Delta Airline in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He is survived by his wife, Judith (DeVoss) Cornelison of Captain Cook; his mother, Naomi Cornelison of Garden Grove, Calif.; a brother, Michael (Mary) Cornelison of Garden Grove; A daughter, Dana Kepani of Tucson, Ariz.; two sons, Todd and Kent Cornelison of Honolulu; granddaughters Kanoe and Mihina Kepani of Tucson; mother-in-law Emma Miller (DeVoss); and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul (Kelly) and Donna DeVoss, all of Powell.

Memorial services will take place Saturday, Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. at Oahu Evangelical Community Church in Oahu, Hawaii.
