Raymond C. Garcia of Cody died March 29, 2006, in Powell.
He was 43.
He was born Aug. 24, 1962, in Powell to Pete and Hope (Villegas) Garcia.
He attended high school and was employed as a mechanic and welder.
He enjoyed fishing with his nephews and spending time with friends and family. He was a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church.
He is survived by his parents, Pete and Hope Garcia of Powell; girlfriend, Mandy Steggal of Cody; three sons, Nick and Matt Garcia and Troy Joiner; two daughters, Jade and Courtney Garcia; and two sisters, Jane (Michael) Showalter and Delia Lackey.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Pete; his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 1, at St. Barbara's Church with Father Pete Johnson presiding. Burial followed at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Tom Munoz III, Art Munoz, Roland Munoz, Jason Showalter, Danny Showalter, Troy Joiner and Matthew Roby. Honorary pallbearers were Tyler Showalter, Andrew Rosenberger, Josh Rosenberger and Nick Garcia.
Thompson Funeral Home handled arrangements.
