A service for Frankie Belinda Lilly-Smith, 48, of Powell, who died in Billings, Mont., on Wednesday, Dec. 7, will be Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 1 p.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church in Powell.

She was born March 23, 1957, in Riverside, Calif., to Porter and Charlie (Johnson) Lilly. She attended Valley High School and Saddleback College in Orange County, Calif.

She married Robert Smith on Feb. 14, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nev. She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Glenn Valley, Calif.

Frankie had a great voice and recently won a competition singing Karaoke. She also enjoyed craft shows.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Robert Smith; two daughters, Charlene and Kameka; one son, Robert; her parents; three brothers, Porter Lilly, Jr., Mark Lilly, and Cornelius Lilly; and two sisters, Nina Lilly and Tracey Lilly.

Services for Frankie Lilly-Smith were held in Riverside, Calif.
