Clarence (Casey) Burleigh Jones, 69, died at Powell Valley Healthcare Wednesday, Dec. 7.
He was born near Bear Creek, Mont., on Oct. 24, 1936, to Edward and Vera Dean (Bruce) Jones. He spent most of his life in the Penrose area working on farms.
He was a hard worker, loved his family and was devoted to his small group of friends.
Survivors include his two sons, Kevin Jones of Powell and Bruce Jones of Oregon; a sister, Lucille Smith of Powell; and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Charlotte Jones; and a brother, Bill Jones.
Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place, and private family services will be held. Ballard Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
