Nicole Rene Linnebur of Powell, 15, died Thursday, Aug. 18 at Delta County Memorial Hospital in Delta, Colo.
She was born Sept. 14, 1989, to Richard and Patricia Linnebur. She spent her early childhood in Cedaredge, Colo.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her nephew, Timmy Demoney. She was involved in Future Farmers of America.
She is survived by her father and stepmother, Richard and Carmen Linnebur; her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Mike Demoney of Powell; two brothers, Christopher and Dewayne; a sister, Chelsea Linnebur; a nephew, Timothy Demoney; her step-brothers, Christopher Demoney, Robert Demoney and Michael (Dominique) Demoney; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Linnebur; her maternal grandmother, Sandra Burns; her grandparents, Herbert and Norma Demoney of Powell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held Aug. 25 at Cedaredge Assembly of God, with concluding services at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
A Powell area memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 10 at 4 p.m. at Jake and Kay Clark’s Arena in Ralston. The memorial service will also be a time of remembrance for Julie Ubillos and Kelsey Mae Linnebur.
Memorial contributions may be made to Powell-Shoshone Chapter of FFA, in care of Powell High School.
