Funeral services for Richard Alan Sneith, 60, of Powell, will take place Wednesday, Aug. 10, at First United Methodist Church in Powell.

Sneith died Aug. 5 at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings.

He was born Jan. 25, 1945, in Chappell, Neb., to Samuel and Sara (Keilgass) Sneith. He graduated from high school, and was employed as a truck driver.

He married Frances Taylor on Aug. 9, 1985, in Heber Springs, Ark.

He is survived by his wife, Frances, of Powell; two daughters, Nicole (Kenneth) Slonike of Douglas, and Alicia (Bud) McMackin of Casper; five sisters, Mary (Ron) Hess of Gillette, Pam (Jim) Johnston of Gillette, Sherril (Kelly) Koefed of Blackfoot, Idaho, Carol (Jay) Lanchbury of Powell and Betty (Randy) Wallace of Newton, N.C.; and four grandchildren, Vincent, Cameron and Tiffany Slonike of Douglas and Shawn McMackin of Casper.

He was preceded in death by his father; mother; step-father, Elmer Dillon; sisters, Janice Kintz and Carol Lou Wickwire; a son, Matthew Pierce; and a grandson, Conner McMackin.

Visitation will take place from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at the church the day of the funeral. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m., with the Rev. David Hunter presiding. Pallbearers will be Dale Spomer, Michael Jon Spomer, Dale Clifton, Lyle Bjornestad, Curtis Bjornestad and Joe Lennon. Joe Schalz will be honorary pallbearer.

Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
