Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 2 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Powell for Sara-Louise Anna Dillon, who died Thursday, March 27 at the Long Term Care Center in Cody. She was 87.

She was born Jan. 24, 1916, in Bristol, Colo., to Emil and Theresa (Trixie) Kielgass. She married Sam Sneith in 1935 in Chappell, Nebr. They had four children.

She moved to Powell in 1963 and married Elmer Dillon on Aug. 22, 1966. They made their home in Ralston for the past 11 years. They shared 37 years together and raised five girls.

She was a member of the Methodist Church, Delores Long Circle, the Eagles Lodge in Powell and the Ralston Women's Club.

During her 87 years, she did many things, from running a service station in Powell, driving a pilot car for Buck & Lil, to running a bar in Ralston. She enjoyed gardening and dancing and her children and grandchildren.

Her family will remember her as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, "who touched many lives too numerous to list."

Survivors include her husband, Elmer Dillon of Ralston; son Richard Sneith and wife Frances of Powell; daughters Carol Lanchbury and husband Jay of Ralston, Mary Hess and husband Ron of Gillette, Pam Johnston and husband Jim of Gillette, Betty Jean Wallace and husband Randy of Newton, N.C., and Sherril Kaefed and husband Kelly of Blackfoot, Idaho; sisters Emily Kaufman of Oshkosh, Nebr., and Liska Bradley of Claypool, Ariz.; brother Earl Kielgass and wife Lorraine of Tempe, Ariz; 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the Deaver Cemetery with Pastor Susan Trembath officiating. A luncheon will follow at the Methodist Church. Miratsky-Easton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
