Hazel I. Jacobs, 90, died Monday, Nov. 27 at the Powell Nursing Home. She was born April 28, 1910, daughter of William H. Towers and Alice L. (Kissel) Jacobs.
She married Paul M. Jacobs, Sr. in Towanda, Pa., on Jan. 1, 1931. The family lived in Pennsylvania and Powell. Her husband died in February of 1977.
She is survived by a son, Paul M. Jacobs, Jr. and his wife Alice of Powell; five grandchildren, Calvin M. Jacobs and wife Wanda, Nevin Jacobs and wife Debbie, Steven L. Jacobs and wife Barbra, Cheryl Bears and husband Ed and Paul M. Jacobs III; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her spouse; one son, William H. Jacobs; one great-grandson; and two sisters.
