A former Powell resident, Wanda Lynne McCrillis, died Friday, Dec. 1 at Sister's Loving Arms care center in Lubbock, Texas. She was 60.
She was born Jan. 19, 1940, in Powell and was graduated from Natrona County High School in Casper and Casper Junior College. She served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1963.
She married Terry McCrillis on July 6, 1963, in Reno, Nev.
She had lived in Lubbock since 1993, moving from Casper. She was employed by Durham Transportation, Inc. in Lubbock.
Survivors include her husband Terry of Lubbock; two daughters, Kari Watson-Chynoweth of Edmond, Okla., and Heather McCrillis of Lubbock; three sisters; one brother; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Kevin and Patrick McCrillis.
