(Sept. 17, 1915 - Dec. 5, 2010)Olga Meinhart Robbins, of Laurel, Mont., formerly of Powell, died Dec. 5, 2010.

Olga was born in Lovell, Sept. 17, 1915 to immigrant parents Carl and Anna (Ungefug) Meinhart. She was the third child born of 10 children.

She was baptized and confirmed in the Missouri Synod Lutheran Church. In 1939 she married her husband William “Cap” Robbins.

To this union three children were born, daughters Sharon Presley, Cheryl Zundel and a son, Perry Robbins.

Olga worked at the Green Gables in Cody and Safeway in Powell. For 23 years, Olga worked the deli at the Food Basket IGA in Powell. She also was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Powell for 70 years.

She moved to Laurel, Mont., to be closer to family and became a member in 2007 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church of Billings.

Olga was preceded in death by her husband. William Robbins; son Perry Robbins; daughter Sharon Presley; parents Carl and Anna; three brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Cheryl (Harold) Zundel of Laurel, Mont,; sister Selma Kary and niece Loretta Kolb of Powell; sister Martha Hill of Bard, Calif.; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Powell. Pastor Lee Wisroth will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Olga desired that memorial donations be given to Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Billings, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Powell or a charity of one's choice.

Smith Funeral Chapel-Laurel was in charge of cremation arrangements.
