(July 25, 2006 - Nov. 25, 2010)Kerrigan Mae Richardson died at her home in Powell on Nov. 25, 2010. She was 4 years old.

Kerrigan was born on July 25, 2006, in Worland, to parents Brandon and Angela (Foulger) Richardson.

She was welcomed into this world with mountains of love and was rewarded with oceans of love in return. She was a strong little girl who battled asthma and illness all her life, but never gave up the fight. From the beginning, she was full of life and wonder. She was a ball of fire wrapped in a tiny blue-eyed, blonde haired body that was the epitome of childhood innocence.

Kerrigan was someone who bettered the lives of those who knew her, and she always had a smile on her face and was looking to spread joy and happiness to everyone around her.

She attended Children's Resource Center and Northwest College preschools, and loved learning and playing with her friends there. She was a very active child and never said “no” to trying anything new. She loved horseback riding, fishing, sledding, four-wheeling, swimming and playing dress-up. She enjoyed attending her Sunbeam Class in primary at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was very smart and creative and loved to be the center of attention.

She was the pinnacle of adoration in her family, and will continue to be so. She was excited to be a big sister and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her new baby brother and wanted to make sure she had a picture of herself in his crib for him.

She is survived by her mother, Angela, father, Brandon, and soon-to-be baby brother, Jasper, of Powell. She also leaves behind grandparents, Kent and Lori Foulger of Worland, Marlin and Lisa Richardson of Cody, as well as aunts and uncles Brandon and Shalene (Foulger) Yule of Worland, Krista Foulger of Ogden, Utah, Jill Richardson, who is currently serving an LDS mission in Fort Worth, Texas, and Dusty and Lauren (Crooks) Richardson, with cousins, Ella and Alexa of Denver, Colo.

In addition, great-grandparents Blair and Norene Foulger of Powell, Marguerite Strom of Cowley, and Laurel and Peggy Harvey of Idaho Falls, as well as many great aunts and uncles and other extended family.

A public viewing will be held Tuesday, Nov. 30 at Thompson Funeral Home, in Powell from 6-8 p.m.

Services take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1 at the LDS chapel on Avenue E.

Interment will take place in Cowley, where she will be surrounded by family.

Memorials may be sent to Children's Resource Center, 558 East Second St., Powell, WY 82435.
