Allen Phillips, 69, and his dear wife Annette Phillips, 66, of Cody, died in a utility-vehicle accident on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017.
They are survived by their daughters Brianne and Alaine.
Memorial services will be at First Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11.
