Barbara “Barb” Wallace, 85, former resident of Powell, passed away from dementia (Alzheimer’s disease) on September 8, 2016 with her daughter Terri by her side. Barb moved from Powell to Reno, Nevada, last August, having lived in Powell for 10 years. Previously, Barb lived with her husband Bob in Yarnell, Arizona.
Barb was moved to Reno by her daughter to live in an assisted living facility, later moving to a group home and cared for by her daughter and local hospice.
She was predeceased by her daughter Jean (1958) and her husband of 58 years Robert (Bob) in 2008. She is survived by her four daughters, six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Barb will be cremated and per her request no services will be held.
