Anthony “Tony” Joseph Goswick, 26, of Powell died July 4, 2015, as the result of an automobile accident.

Tony was born on Feb. 21, 1989, along with his twin brother Andrew Lee in Cody. 

He is the son of David and Carole (Sharpe) Goswick. 

He spent most of his years in Cody, Arizona and Florida. Tony enjoyed Nascar racing, fishing and the outdoors. He was a compassionate person who was known to sit with a sick friend for days. He cared for others and was trying to live his life the best he could.

He is survived by his wife Britney of Powell; his father of Cody; his mother of Kingman, Arizona; sisters Charley Wolney of Grand Junction, Colorado, Carol Goswick of Huntley, Montana, and Meredith Zajak of Ohio; brother Andrew (Nicole) of Cheyenne; uncle Daniel Goswick of Cody, aunts Kellie Fitzgibbons of Billings, Sara Cannistraci of Cape Coral, Florida, and Mary Robbins of Spring, Texas; maternal grandmother Carole Sharpe of Kingman, Arizona; paternal great-grandmother Sara Bear of Cody, paternal grandmother Leah (Dave) McConnell of Lehigh Acres, Florida; paternal grandfather David (Ann) Goswick of Marshall, North Carolina. Tony leaves behind several cousins and a special circle of people that were proud to call Tony their friend.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather Bill Bear, his maternal grandfather Arnold Sharpe, his paternal great-grandmother Maye Krenzlok and his paternal great-grandfather Frank Goswick.

Friends and family are invited to join together for a potluck lunch at Washington Park in Powell at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 9, to share memories of Tony.
