Diane F. Neff of Powell died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014, at the Billings Clinic. She was 62.
Diane was born Dec. 31, 1951, in Hartford, Conn., to Patrick and Connie (DeGennero) Horan. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
She married Robert Neff, a retired Marine, on June 9, 2009, in Northeast Harbor, Maine. The couple made their home there before moving to Powell. They were members of the Lovell Bible Church.
Diane suffered from dementia and was a resident at the New Horizons Care Center in Lovell for an extended time. She is greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Robert of Powell; her mother Connie; son Kenneth (Kelley) Humphrey and daughters Molly Humphrey and Laura (David) Flatherty; sisters Patricia (Bob) Thomas and Jeanne (Larry) Donohoe and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Patrick.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held at the Lovell Bible Church in Lovell.
