A memorial service for longtime Frannie resident Barbara Phillips will be held Saturday, May 17, at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Deaver.
Pastor Paula Morse will officiate. Barbara died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, in Casper, and the family wanted to hold a service when the weather was warmer.
