Garett W. Condrey, a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend, died unexpectedly on Jan. 26, 2014, in the home he shared with his beloved girlfriend of six years, Heather. He was 39.

Garett was born on July 18, 1974, in Bellevue, Wash., the son of Bud and Linda Condrey. The family moved to Clark when he was less than 1 year old.

He attended Clark Elementary and Powell Middle School before attending schools at Bridger, Mont., and North Bend, Wash.

Garett was a truck driver and worked for GK Construction, Frost Construction and Mountain Construction before establishing himself with Wharton Asphalt.

He married Brenda Jo Cox in 1998 and to this union they had a beautiful daughter, Chelsea.

Garett enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his daughter. He was also an avid fan of NASCAR and football.

Garett is survived by his girlfriend Heather Langlois; daughter Chelsea of Cody; father Bud Condrey of Seattle; mother Linda (Condrey) Hoefer of Idaho Falls, Idaho; brother Brian of Clark and sister Megan (Randy) Bauwens of Edgar, Mont. He is also survived by various nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Clark Recreation Community Center in Clark at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, with burial of ashes at the Clark Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the Rec Center.
