How blessed I am to have known Helena de Fina. We met at a yoga retreat in Montana many years ago and stayed in touch. She is the reason I came to work at Northwest College and I am ever so grateful for that experience. Helena and her beloved spouse, Anthony, lived nearby in Powell and they frequently had me as a dinner guest. They made me feel at home. Helena--a strong, sassy, smart woman--was a devoted yoga practitioner and she WILL reach her 500 level Yoga Teacher Training certificate in the next realm! Teach those angels how to practice yoga, Helena! A bit of levity: Their dog, Bella, and my dog, Lars were in love. Had I stayed in Powell I think they would have been inseparable, just as Helena and Anthony were. Blessings to you, dear Anthony and all of the Polvere and de Finas. Helena will live on in our hearts and in our souls forever. Rest easily, beautiful One. Rest easy. Love, Sally Belk King

I am so sorry, saddened and shocked. I met Helena at a yoga seminar in Montana two years ago, where we took walks every morning and shared the story of our lives. We were supposed to go to dinner this Thursday in Maryland and I did not hear back from her. I am grateful to have had her touch my life for this brief time and send my deepest condolences
