Charles Q. Miller, 56, of Worland, died on Sept. 11, 2013, in Billings at St. Vincent Healthcare.

He was born in Powell to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller on June 8, 1957. Along with nine siblings, he grew up in Clark. 

After high school he joined the United States Navy. He was stationed in Norfolk, Va.

He was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1980. In 1978 he married the love of his life, Charlene A. Petersen. 

In September 1979 Travis Q. Miller was born. Then in December 1982 Crystal R. Miller was born.

Charles made a living and supported his family as a truck driver from 1980 to early 2000s. He then went to work for Oiland/Airgas as a safety supervisor, where he was employed until the time of his death.

His time was always well-spent when in the company of his family. He was also fond of the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Charles was preceded in death by his father Paul Miller; his mother Anna May Miller; stepmother Florence Miller; an older sister Sharon Miller and younger brother Johnny Miller.

Survivors include his wife Charlene Miller; son Travis Miller; daughter Crystal Miller; brothers Joe (Sandy) Miller, Steve (Esther) Miller, Art (Stephanie) Miller, Vince (Carol) Miller, Ed (Linda) Miller; sisters Lois (Bill) Brown and Lynn Dey; and numerous nieces and nephews and grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Worland Community Center Complex with military honors being provided by American Legion Post No. 44.
