Ronald William (Bill) Kremer, former owner-manager of the Time Out Lounge in Powell, died Friday, April 5 in University Place (Seattle), Wash., after a long battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He was 75.

He was born Dec. 17, 1937, in Billings, Mont., to Clara Belle and William Kremer. He graduated from Powell High School in 1956.

Bill served four years in the United States Army and Army Reserve. He attended Northwest Community College and Central Washington State College and received a B.A. degree in accounting from Central in 1964. He later earned an MBA degree in business management from Seattle University.

Most of his career was spent in the aerospace industry with The Boeing Company and Martin Marietta Corp.  He returned to Powell in 1995 to open Time Out Lounge, later moving back to Washington.

Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Don, and his sister, Sally Ruzick. He is survived by his brother, Lyle; nieces Kim (Kremer) Scafturon and Kellie (Kremer) Oydna; and nephews Kyle, Jason and Chad Ruzick.

At his request, there will be no services. He will be buried at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Wash., near his brother Don.
