Survivors include his parents, Ken and Marlene Laursen of Keller, Texas; daughter, Michael Erin “Emmy” Laursen; son, Kenneth Christian “KC” Laursen; stepchildren, Anna, Jake and Joe Smith; brothers, Dave Laursen (Debbie) of Montrose, Colo., Jim Laursen (Karmel) of Meridian, Idaho, and Dan Laursen (Denise) of Powell; and sister, Kodeann Crawford (Jay) of Bridgeport, Neb.; and nieces and nephews.
