Susan Jane Admidin, 65, of Cody, died peacefully at Spirit Mountain Hospice after a lengthy illness on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012 with her daughter, Tina, and granddaughters, Rachel and Tara, at her side.
Susan was born on Feb. 3, 1947 in Sandusky, Ohio to Jane and Eugene Lamalie. She married William A. Admidin in Cody on March 20, 1964.
Susan was self employed, cleaning private homes and offices until her health failed. She loved crafting, going to garage sales and spending time with her grandchildren. Susan also was a long time member of the TOPS club.
Susan is survived by her children, Tina (Lucky) Homewood of Frannie, Gene (Cristal) Admidin of North Dakota; grandchildren, Rachel (Tim) Bartsch, Tara Mackler, Wes and L.J. Homewood, Coral Paige, Chailynn, Caitlynn, Chelbie, Caiger Admidin; brothers, Scott Lamalie, Shane Davis; sisters, Shawn Petty, Starla Mullins, all of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 at Ballard Funeral Home in Cody with burial at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
