She graduated from Powell High School. Judy married Riley Norris on June 30, 1969, in Riverton.
Judy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many people.
She worked for 23 years at Heasler Plumbing and Heating, and then for several years at Steve’s Electric.
She attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and she enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Ruth Ross.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Riley; daughters Julie (Eric) Johnson and Cindy Ibarra; stepsons Scott (Cindy) Norris and David (Chris) Norris; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Burial will follow at the Crown Hill Cemetery.
